For someone, they have definite goals and thoughts about their major and college. But the others may be very confused about their future or their majors. Here is my experience during making the decision to apply for colleges and choosing the major. 在中国，当高考结束后，高考生就会遇到一次人生的选择。对某些人来说，他们对自己将来的学校和专业早已有明确的目标和想法。但是一些学生却仍对自己的未来感到迷茫，不知道选什么专业。这里分享下我自己在选大学和选专业时候的经历。   Me, as a social and open-mind girl, my friends consider that I can handle many terrible problems and occasions. So they give this idea by thinking of my personal characteristics. And I am always performing actively in most group activities. Therefore I found human resources management suitable for me. Otherwise, my class teacher also suggested me of searching for information about that major while consulting about the employment situation of that major. He said that the specialty is a good choice for me, but to know more things about it is no better than doing nothing. My parents also do their help, and they connected with all my friends and relatives who are involved with the job position of the HRM department.  我是一个很开朗爱交际的女孩子，我的朋友们都认为我可以处理好一些麻烦的问题和情况。所以可见他们都是根据我的性格提意见的。因此我也发现人力资源管理这个专业会很适合我。此外，我的班主任还建议我去搜索下该专业的相关信息，同时还多咨询该专业的就业情况。他说这专业是个不错的选择，但是我最好还是要更好地了解这个专业的情况，总比啥都不懂好。我爸妈也尽力帮我的忙，他们向做过人力资源管理职位的亲友们打听。   In a word, my suggestions about choosing a major are that you should consider whether the major meets your interests, characters, and your thought for the future job; you should communicate with your friends, teachers, and families because they provide great help; at last, you can do some searching information by the Internet. 总之，关于选专业我建议你应该要考虑所选专业是否是你感兴趣的，是否符合你性格，符合你对将来工作的期望；你还应该多跟你的朋友、家人和老师讨论这事，因为他们会给予你最大的帮助；最后，你还可以在网络上搜索下相关信息。
