Women and men make up the world, no matter in China or other countries, women, and men are never really equal, it has been admitted that men have advantages over women since they are born. So most people accept the idea that women are not as capable as men. In my opinion, women and men are different, there is no need to compare them.
男人和女人组成了这个世界，无论在中国或者是在其他国家，女人和男人总是不平等的，人们默认男人打从娘胎里出来就比女人有优势。因此人们接受这样的想法，女人比不上男人。在我看来，女人和男人是不同的，无需进行比较。

Women and men are different genders, it is obvious that men are stronger than women, so they have more power to do the physical work. In tradition, men have the responsibility to raise the family, so their main duty is to earn money. For women, their main duty is to do the housework, cook dinner, and clean the house. Some people think that earning money is a bigger thing, so they think men are capable than women.
女人和男人是不同的性别，很明显的，男人比女人强壮，因此他们有更多的力量去做体力活。传统上，男人有养家的责任，所以他们的主要任务是挣钱。对于女人来说，她们主要的任务就是去做家务，煮饭和清理房子。一些人认为挣钱是一件大事，所以他们觉得男人比女人能干。

Different gender means different ability, men are good at physical work, while women are good at housework, both of the work is not easy to do. If you ask a man to do the housework, they even can’t finish it. 
不同的性别意味着不同的能力，男人擅长干体力活，然而女人擅长干家务活，两者的工作都不容易做。如果你叫男人去干家务活，他们甚至还完成不了。

In a word, women and men work in different ways, there is no idea that which are more capable.
总的来说，女人和男人工作的方式不同，不存在谁能力更强的问题。
