Most people do their work according to the working time, only a few people finish their work that is measured by task. In my opinion, task-based work is the most efficient way to finish job.
一般来说，工作日早上9点到下午17点是工作时间。大多数人的工作内容都是以工作时间而定的，只有少数人是以任务为衡量标准的。在我看来，任务型的工作是完成工作最适当的方式。

For some people, they just sit in the office and accomplish nothing in the whole day. They wait for the hour to end their working time. But for the task-based work, once people finish the task, they are free to do what they want, then they will have great motivation to finish job. More creative work will be discovered when people use their brainstorm. 
对一些人来说，他们只是坐在办公室整天无所事事坐等下班。但对于任务型工作的人，一旦完成这项任务，他们就可以随意地做他们想做的事，这样他们就会有动力去完成工作。头脑风暴有利于挖掘越来越多富有创造性的工作。

More and more new companies have realized the importance of task-based work. As more young people start their own business, they are challenging the old way of working. Indeed, when the work needs more creative ideas, task-based way is much efficient. It keeps people to work with passion.

Time-based work is not out of date, but in today’s working situation, task-based work is more potential.
