When students graduate from college, many of them will face a big problem---the high unemployment rate. Sometimes they may do not know how they can get a good job. With the development of the science and technology, the requirement of the society towards talent is becoming higher. So how can graduate students get a good job? There are several measures to deal with it.

当学生们从大学毕业的时候，很多人都会面临着一个大问题——高失业率。有时候他们可能不知道怎样找到一份好工作。随着科技的发展，社会对人才的要求更高了。那么毕业生如何找到一份好工作呢？有几种措施可以解决这一问题。

Firstly, the graduate students must work hard during university. The harder you work, the more progress you make. At school, we must not only learn knowledge in the class but also we should read more books from library. The more books you read, the more learned we become. Secondly, we must have more experience to face it. This needs us to take a part-time job. The society is complicated. So we must know about the society before we come into it. Last but not least, when we choose a job, we must ask ourselves two questions, what do we think we would like to be and what kind of people are we? We must choose a job that is suit us. So it is important to assess our suitability for a certain job in job search.

首先，毕业生在大学期间必须努力学习。你越努力，取得的进步就越大。在学校，我们不仅要在课堂上学习知识，也应该去图书馆多看书。你读的书越多，你就变得更有学问。其次，我们必须有更多经验老面对它。这就要求我们去做兼职。社会是复杂的，因此，在踏入社会之前我们必须要了解社会。最后但同样重要的是，当我们选择一份工作，我们必须问自己两个问题：我们想要成为什么样的人以及我们是哪类人？我们必须选择一份适合自己的工作。所以，求职的时候评估一份工作的适合性是很重要的。

Business makes a man as well as tries him. We must choose a job that is suit us, enjoy it and then lose ourselves in it.
