保护眼睛 Protecting Our Eyes

Eyes are the window of our souls. Through our eyes, we can see this colorful world. So, it is very important to protect our eyes. As middle school students, we have to read a lot of books and do endless homework. Sometimes we play too many computer games and don’t have enough time to rest. Our eyes will be very tired. I think there are some useful ways for us to protect our eyes. First of all, we should do eye exercise every day; second, we can eat more vegetables and fruits. Last but not least, we should do more exercise. Everybody should pay more attention to their eyes. Only in this way we can live a happy life. 
眼睛是心灵的窗户。通过我们的眼睛，我们看到了这个五彩缤纷的世界。所以，保护眼睛很重要。作为一名初中生，我们要看很多的书写很多的作业。有时候我们玩太多的电脑游戏，眼睛都得不到休息。这样，眼睛会很累。我认为有几个方法可以让我们好好保护眼睛。首先，每天都做眼保健操。其二，每天都吃蔬菜水果。最后一点，每天都做运动。每个人都应该好好的保护自己的眼睛，这样才能过得更好。
